Mobile app for an online store

A store app is not a second version of the website. Its point is the returning customer: push instead of email, a saved card and a purchase in three taps. We build apps that actually do that.

What usually hurts in this industry

01The app as a copy of the websiteIf the app does the same as a responsive site, nobody installs it. The point only appears with returns and notifications.
02Emails get lost, push does notA newsletter drowns in the inbox. A notification about order status or a product back in stock arrives instantly — but only if the app exists at all.
03Logging in on every purchasePassword, address and card from scratch every time. In an app that is one tap and Face ID.

What the app does for you

01Push that brings customers backNotifications about order status, restocked products and expiring promotions. Segmented by purchase history, not blasted at the whole base.
02Checkout in three tapsSaved address and payment method, Apple Pay and Google Pay, biometrics instead of a password.
03Loyalty programme in a pocketPoints, coupons and the customer card on the phone — works at the till in a physical store too.

Questions we hear most often

Does an app make sense when the store already works?

It does if customers come back. For one-off purchases, improve the store first. For a range bought on a cycle, an app with push usually pays back faster than another ad campaign.

Native or React Native?

React Native when the app is catalogue, cart and account — one codebase for two platforms is cheaper to maintain. Native when heavy camera use, offline work or deep system integration is involved.

Who publishes the app to the stores?

We do, on your developer accounts. The accounts stay yours so the app is never hostage to the contractor — the most common problem when changing vendors.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Quoted per project, starting at 26,000 PLN. A store app with payments and push usually takes 8–12 weeks from design to publishing.

Store first, app second

If the store is still being built, we start there — an app without a working back end has nothing to show.
