Systems and AI — quoted individually

We do not publish a starting price here, because it would be invented. The spread between a simple on-site assistant and an agent handling a hotline and writing into your systems is more than tenfold. Instead of a number that will not hold, you get a written scope and a fixed amount after the first call.

01AI agent — voice and textAn agent that answers calls and messages customers: it understands speech, holds a conversation, books appointments and records everything in the CRM. The price depends on the number of integrations, call volume, and whether the agent only answers or also acts inside your systems.
02Process automationWe move repetitive work from people to systems: document flows, data sync between tools, reports, notifications. The quote depends on how many processes and how many systems need connecting.
03Bespoke CRM or ERPWhen the off-the-shelf box does not fit the process, we build a system around how you actually work. The price depends on modules, roles, integrations and migrating data out of your current system.

What drives the price

The starting price is a floor, not a ceiling. Below are the things that in practice push a quote upward — worth reading before the call so we can talk specifics straight away.

What raises a website priceNumber of unique pages and templates · Language versions and translation · Integrations: CRM, booking, payments · Animation and artwork made from scratch · Migrating content from an old site
What raises a store priceNumber of products and variants · ERP, wholesaler and marketplace integration · Unusual pricing, discount or B2B logic · Automated invoicing and e-invoicing · Migration preserving SEO and order history
What raises an app priceNumber of screens and logic complexity · Offline mode and synchronisation · Payments, subscriptions and identity checks · Integrations with client-side systems · Security requirements and audits

Frequently asked questions about price

Concrete amounts and timelines — no “it depends” without saying what it depends on.

How much does a website cost?

Our websites start at 1,200 PLN net. That covers a landing page or a simple company site with bespoke design, responsive layout, basic SEO and a contact form. A larger corporate site with many pages, languages and integrations is usually 5,000–15,000 PLN. The final price depends on templates, translations and how many systems need connecting.

How much does an online store cost?

Stores start at 6,500 PLN net, covering a build on Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop with payments, shipping and analytics configured. A store with ERP integration, marketplace support and automated invoicing is typically 15,000–40,000 PLN. A fully custom store for an unusual sales model is quoted individually.

How much does a mobile app cost?

Mobile apps start at 8,100 PLN net. That is a realistic MVP scope: one platform or a shared codebase for iOS and Android, a handful of screens, a backend and store publishing. A larger product with payments, offline mode, admin panel and integrations is usually 30,000–120,000 PLN. Post-release maintenance is billed separately.

How much does an AI agent cost?

AI agents are quoted individually, because the range is wide: a simple text assistant on a website is a different scale from a voice agent answering a hotline and writing into a CRM. Price is set by the number of integrations, call volume, and whether the agent only answers or also performs operations in your systems. We give a concrete figure after a free scoping call, together with a written scope.

How much does a CRM rollout cost?

It depends on whether we configure an existing system around your process or build your own. The quote covers configuration, migrating data from your current tool, integration with email, telephony and accounting, and team training. We always give a fixed price before work starts.

Fixed price or hourly?

Every project starts with a written specification and a fixed quote you receive before the first line of code exists. It protects you from scope creep and us from underpricing. Hourly billing comes later, for ongoing development after launch.

How long does a project take?

A website is typically 2–4 weeks, a store 4–8 weeks, a mobile app 8–16 weeks from kickoff to production. Larger systems and AI rollouts are measured in quarters. The timeline comes with the quote, and we work in two-week iterations so progress is visible on a live environment rather than in a report.

What are the payment terms?

50% to start and 50% on production launch. Larger projects are split into 3–4 milestones tied to written acceptance of each stage. We invoice in PLN, EUR or USD.

Do the code and copyright transfer to the client?

Yes. Once the project is settled we transfer full economic rights to the code plus access to the repository and infrastructure. We do not use closed licences that would tie you to us for future development.

Do you work in line with GDPR?

Yes. Infrastructure is hosted in the EU region by default, and for projects processing personal data we sign a data processing agreement. For AI work we document what data reaches the model and where it is processed; running the model inside the client’s own infrastructure is also possible.
