Online stores that settle their own paperwork

A store is more than a cart and a theme. The real work starts where the order has to reach the warehouse, the label the courier, and the invoice the tax system — with nobody retyping anything. We build that layer in, because we run a store like this in production ourselves.

What we do

From a single product to a catalogue with thousands of variants and B2B sales. We pick the platform to fit your sales model, not the one we happen to like.

01Store on an existing platformShopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop when you want a fast start and predictable running costs. The design is built for your brand — we do not buy a theme and recolour it.
02Custom-built storeFor sales models that do not fit a box: configurators, customer-specific pricing, multiple markets with separate logistics. Written from scratch with load and speed in mind.
03B2B salesPer-customer price lists and discounts, credit limits, bulk ordering from a file, multiple users under one company account, deferred payment and accounting integration.
04Migrating an existing storeWe move products, customers and order history while preserving URLs and 301 redirects, so you keep your Google rankings. Migration is where stores most often lose traffic — we plan it as a separate stage.
05Speed optimisationCore Web Vitals measurably affect both conversion and rankings. We optimise images, script loading and product page rendering, and show the numbers before and after.
06Maintenance and growthWe stay after launch: updates, monitoring, new features in two-week iterations. You get full rights to the code and access to the repository, so you are never locked in.

Integrations that actually run in production

This is not a logo wall from a deck. We have shipped and now maintain every one of these in a live store.

01PaymentsPayU, Przelewy24, Stripe, BLIK and deferred payment. Refunds and partial returns handled from the admin panel.
02Shipping and labelsInPost lockers and courier, ORLEN Paczka, standard couriers. Labels and waybills generated straight from the order.
03MarketplacesAllegro and Empik via Mirakl: listing offers, syncing stock and prices, pulling orders into one panel.
04Invoicing and e-invoicingInvoices issued automatically once an order is paid and submitted to the national e-invoicing system, including corrections tied to refunds.
05ERP, wholesalers and BaselinkerTwo-way sync of stock, prices and orders. Supplier catalogue import and category mapping without manual copying.
06Analytics and consentGA4 e-commerce with the full purchase funnel, Consent Mode v2 and a GDPR-compliant consent banner. You see exactly where carts are lost.

How we run it

Four stages, after which you know what is being built, when and for how much.

01Call and scopeA free 45 minutes about your catalogue, logistics and whatever eats the most manual time today. We leave with a list of integrations that are essential and those that can wait.
02Spec and fixed priceWithin 3 working days you get a written scope, a schedule and a fixed quote. The document is yours whether or not we continue.
03Build in iterationsEvery two weeks you see a working store on staging. Test orders, labels and invoices are verified against real data before anything goes live.
04Launch and handoverGo-live, admin panel training, 90 days of support. We hand over the repository, credentials and documentation — no locked licences.

How we know this

We are not repeating a vendor deck. We run a store in this exact configuration daily and handle its incidents ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

Specifics on price, timelines and what you own at the end.

How much does an online store cost?

Our stores start at 6,500 PLN net, which covers a build on Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop with a design made for your brand, payments, shipping and analytics. A store with ERP integration, marketplace support and automated invoicing is typically 15,000–40,000 PLN. A fully custom platform is quoted individually once the scope is written down.

How long does a store take?

A standard store on an existing platform takes 4–8 weeks from kickoff to production. With ERP and marketplace integrations it runs 8–14 weeks, because a large share of the time goes into testing synchronisation against real data. The timeline comes with the quote and we work in two-week iterations.

Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop?

Shopify suits you when you want to launch fast without maintaining infrastructure, at the cost of a monthly fee and limits on unusual logic. WooCommerce gives full control and the lowest licence cost but needs deliberate maintenance. PrestaShop handles large catalogues and B2B well. We recommend after discussing your catalogue and logistics, not upfront.

Can you migrate my store without losing rankings?

Yes, and we treat it as a separate stage. We prepare a URL map, 301 redirects for every old path, move category and product content and preserve structured data. After migration we monitor indexing and rankings for weeks so any drop is caught immediately rather than a quarter later.

Do you support national e-invoicing?

Yes. Issuing invoices and submitting them to the Polish national e-invoicing system (KSeF 2.0) is live in production for us, including personal invoices and corrections on refunds. This is not a roadmap item — we operate it in a store that runs every day.

Can you connect the store to Allegro and Empik?

Yes. We publish offers, sync stock and prices and pull marketplace orders into a single panel together with shipment statuses. We support Allegro and Empik on Mirakl. We also clean up product data along the way, since marketplaces are stricter than your own store.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Once the project is settled we transfer full economic rights to the code, repository access and access to the whole infrastructure. We do not use licences that lock you in, and we never block data export.

What happens after launch?

You get 90 days of support included — fixes, questions and small changes. After that you can stay on a maintenance retainer, pay hourly for new features, or take development in-house, since you already have the code and documentation.
