1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CyberNinja.Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

CyberNinja.Digital provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, AI integration, automation solutions, and related consulting services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of CyberNinja.Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed project deliverables as specified in their project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include an initial deposit before work begins, milestone payments during development, and final payment upon project delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

CyberNinja.Digital provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed. CyberNinja.Digital will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payments.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
