E-commerce store for supplements and health products

Selling supplements is more than a shopping cart. It is batches, expiry dates, regulatory notifications and caution in every description. We build stores where all of that lives in the system instead of a spreadsheet.

What usually hurts in this industry

01Batches and expiry dates live outside the storeThe warehouse knows which batch ships first, but the store only sells "units". When a return arrives, nobody can reconstruct what actually went out.
02Product copy walks into a minefieldHealth claims are governed by the EFSA register, and the copywriter does not know that. One overenthusiastic description can bring an inspection down on the whole store.
03Documentation drifts away from the offerNotifications, specifications and certificates sit in mailboxes. During an audit or a customer question, someone has to dig through inboxes.
04Returns of opened packagesThe right of withdrawal does not work here the way it does for clothing. Without a clear procedure inside the store, every such return becomes a separate argument.

What the store does for you

01Selling with batch controlA product has batches with expiry dates. The store sells the oldest one first, blocks expired stock and records in the order which batch went to the customer.
02Product page that matches the requirementsFixed fields for composition, daily serving, warnings and notification number. Marketing copy sits separately, so the two never blend.
03Subscriptions and refillsSupplements are bought on a cycle. The store reminds the customer before the pack runs out and lets them reorder in two clicks.
04Bundles and programmesSelling monthly or quarterly packs, with bundle pricing calculated from the stock of its components.

Questions we hear most often

Does the store track expiry dates?

Yes. A batch is a separate entity in the warehouse: it has a number, a quantity and an expiry date. The store sells the oldest available batch and expired stock drops out of sale on its own. The order keeps a record of which batch was shipped.

How do you handle health claims in descriptions?

We split the product page into a mandatory part (composition, daily serving, warnings, notification number) and a marketing part. The structure keeps them apart, but we do not write the regulatory content for you — that stays with whoever owns compliance.

Can we sell on subscription?

Yes. The customer picks a cycle, the store creates follow-up orders and charges on schedule. It pairs well with a subscription discount and a reminder before the next shipment.

We already have a store on a hosted platform. What about migration?

We move products, customers, order history and URLs. Old addresses get 301 redirects so you do not lose search positions — that is the single most common mistake when replatforming.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

A standard store takes 2–4 weeks and starts at 6,500 PLN net. Versions with ERP integration, marketplaces and complex logistics are quoted individually, starting around 15,000 PLN.
