E-commerce store for fashion and apparel

In fashion every third parcel comes back. A store that does not plan for that is profitable only on paper. We build stores with variants, size charts and returns baked into the process.

What usually hurts in this industry

01Size and colour as separate productsInstead of one product with variants, the catalogue swells to hundreds of entries. Stock drifts apart and the customer cannot see the same model in another size.
02Returns settled by handAt a 30 percent return rate, every day means a handful of corrections, transfers and emails. That is not an exception, it is the daily routine.
03No size chart on the productThe customer orders two sizes just in case and sends one back. The store pays for both parcels.

What the store does for you

01Variants instead of duplicatesOne product, a size × colour grid, separate stock and photos for each combination. The catalogue stays readable and stock matches the warehouse.
02Returns as a process, not an emailThe customer files a return in their account, gets a label, and the store sees the status: in transit, received, settled. The refund comes out of the system.
03Size chart on the productMeasurements of that specific model, not a generic brand table. It is the cheapest way to cut returns.

What changes after launch

Fewer returnsThanks to size chartsThe customer picks the size before buying instead of by trial and error at the store’s expense.
Returns in-systemInstead of correspondenceRequest, label, receipt and refund are one path rather than five emails.
One catalogueInstead of hundreds of duplicatesVariants keep stock in one place, so you stop selling a size you do not have.

Questions we hear most often

How do size and colour variants work?

One product carries a variant grid: every size and colour combination has its own stock, code and photos. The customer switches between them on the product page while the warehouse sees a single item with a breakdown.

Does the store handle returns and exchanges?

Yes. The customer files a return from their account, receives a return label, and the store walks it through statuses to the refund. Exchanges run as a return plus a new order so the warehouse stays clean.

Can Allegro and the store share one stock pool?

Yes, that is the standard. Stock is shared, so a sale on Allegro immediately reduces availability in the store and the other way round.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

A standard store takes 2–4 weeks and starts at 6,500 PLN net. Complex variants, ERP and marketplace integration are quoted individually from 15,000 PLN.
